What to include
The more of this you can send, the faster we can fix it:
- Your company name and the email you sign in with
- What you were doing, and what happened instead
- The date and time it happened
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
PROApp ChatGPT Plugin
Read the plugin reference for supported workflows, permissions, example requests and reviewed changes. The same guide includes instructions for AI assistants.
PROApp Chrome Extension
The extension lets PRO work with your browser — you click Sync in PRO, and it looks up records on supported work portals and brings them back into your account.
If a sync does not finish, tell us which records were affected and what the sync button showed when it stopped. It reports each record separately, so a run that partly succeeded is normal and the ones that failed will say why.
To remove it: open Chrome's Extensions page, find PROApp, and choose Remove. Records already synced stay in your account.
