PRO ("we", "us", "our") operates the field operations management platform at www.proapphub.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name. This information is required to create and manage your account.
Location data. When you take site photos through the app, we capture GPS coordinates associated with the photo. This location data is tied to the project and used to document where field work was performed.
Camera and photos. The app allows you to take photos in the field to document site conditions, progress, and completed work. Photos are stored securely and associated with your projects.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Associate field photos with the correct project locations

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a US-based cloud infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest where supported by the hosting provider.
We implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and routine backups to protect your information. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.
5. Data Sharing
We only share your data in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party services (hosting, storage, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.
- With your consent. We may share data when you explicitly authorize us to do so.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account cancellation, we make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted from active systems. Backup copies may be retained for up to an additional 30 days.

- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data while your account is active
